Welcome to Technopoly!! can’t live with it. Can’t live without it. Sorry, that’s just the name of the game these days.
Your not stronger than Facebook, okay? So, instead of being so against it, why don’t you give it a fair shot. It’s working for everyone else.
“The good old days” of client referrals are over. In fact, most of your “referrals” have either passed away or passed their business on to their adult children. Those adult children are on the computer. All day, everyday.
In fact aren’t we all? We can’t even take a chance on a new restaurant without checking with yelp first. We are a generation that thrives off the opinions of others. Why would a consumer lie to another consumer?
Exactly.
1. You cannot get away without having facebook, a decent following & quality material and promotions that keep your audience engaged. You want to stand up, make your presence known but remain some what low key and care free when it comes to inserting promotions into the feed.
Not everyone has a cool business, someone has to do real work. Someone has to a be the plumber, the contractor, the painter & someone has to make that job look cool. Someone has to make that plumber look so interesting and so top notch that the minute a toilet clogs… People immediately remember that plumbers name and they know who they are calling.
Facebook advertising seems way trickier than it really is, once you decide the area, age group and shared interests of the audience you want to target, a budget is put in place and you can begin acquiring quality followers. Quality followers as in people that would most likely need your services. People that own homes, have jobs and have shared interest in home improvement.
Targeting18 year olds that live outside of your immediate service area is money wasted, people assume putting money behind a page is enough, it isn’t. If your metrics aren’t set properly you mine as well open up a window & toss that money. Make it rain on the neighbors.
2. Google: When someone googles for example, “pizza” in a certain location and you aren’t a pizza place that comes up on the first page of the search, your out of luck. No one goes to the second page, people are hungry and lazy and no one has time to take a chance on how good the pizza tastes that shows up on the 7th page.
1. Because if it were so good why haven’t they already heard of it?
2. If it were that good wouldn’t you have the extra money to push your pizza website to the top?
3. Instagram
4. Pinterest
5. Houzz
6. Tumblr
7. LinkedIn
8. The Fancy
9. Yelp
Not every business needs to be on every single social media platforms, just a couple that matter & that’s where it pays to look cool.
On Yelp already? Have you gotten a few bad reviews? No problem. I can fix that, if you thought having a 3 and a half star rating was good enough, wait until you see how it feels to have a 5 star rating.
Website modifications: Websites must be mobile friendly, 86% of Internet users are on their smart phones. If your website is to hard to navigate they won’t bother.
You have to be listed on local search pages, “sorry” no one has the patience to read through a phone book. That practice is about as dead as those referrals you had in the early 90’s.
I’m blunt, honest and straight to the point. I have over 7 years experience in digital advertising & creative content marketing.
I do it all, the creative, quirky posts, the watermarked images & I also have your back when it comes to those bad reviews. A bad Yelp Review a week will keep effect business for weeks.
I Founded This Firm in 2013 in my Greenpoint, Brooklyn apartment. I got my clients the old fashioned way, I pounded the pavement and convinced business owners to give me a second of their time to show them where they stand as far as their online presence.
I quoted fair prices and didn’t suggest services that were not necessary. I was born and raised in a blue color family owned business, I have reservations about ripping off hard working people.
No budget is too little, something can be done.
I accept payment plans & I remain completely dedicated to proving my strategy. You will be given weekly progress reports printed out from Google as well as Facebook.
I have clients in NYC, Los Angeles & The New Jersey Shore. Call me or email me your contact information and I’ll get you a full in-depth analysis of where you currently stand with your online presence.
My Portfolio is available upon request: with 20+ clients before and after success after hiring me to manage their digital advertising.
Iv worked in almost every industry, I’m always up for a challenge.
Call me maybe?
