Every day brings challenges that I can use to become a stronger and better person. Challenges are good for me in the long run. The short-term discomfort is inconsequential.
Each challenge I overcome teaches me lessons that I can apply in the future.

I am motivated by challenges. If life were easy all of the time, I would become weaker and fail to grow. Challenges focus my attention and energy.
Challenge and hardship encourage me to be my best self. Though challenges can be difficult at the time, I emerge a more capable version of myself.
When faced with a difficult challenge, I remember all the other times I have faced challenges and been successful. This fills me with determination and confidence. I believe I can overcome any obstacle in life. I have already proven this to myself countless times.
My confidence and capability grow with each challenge I face head on.
I am fully engaged with my life and avoid distractions. Distracting myself when I am facing a significant challenge is a waste of my time. Instead, I take meaningful action.
Today, I calmly face the challenges in my life. I put forth my best effort and feel determined to be successful. I am excited by the positive changes I experience when I deal with these challenges effectively.
